Northville Parks and Recreation & Northville Senior Services provide many fitness classes as a registered course. You can sign up online or in person.
Beginner 1 Tai Chi
Learn the fundamental movements of Tai Chi to improve your memory, balance, flexibility, reduce stress and increase breathing capacity. Julie Burt is a certified Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi instructor.

Pilates Mat
Improve your mind body connection through Pilates - a low impact exercise program designed to rebalance, lengthen and strengthen the body and increase flexibility. For beginner and intermediate students. Please bring your own mat. Plans are in the works to start the class in June. Please inquire at the Community Center desk for more information.

Women’s Bootcamp
For All Fitness Levels

 ARE YOU READY TO GET HEALTHY & FIT? If so, Women’s Bootcamp is just for you! Women’s Bootcamp offers personalized training in a group setting for all fitness levels. We focus on strength training, cardio, abs and core. We also focus on nutrition because it’s such an important part of reaching your health and fitness goals. Our one-hour training sessions are customized and equipment is provided. All you need is a desire to get fit and have fun!

Adult Ballet Fitness
A fusion of ballet barre exercises, core training, and isolations for better body awareness. You will experience noticeable improvement in strength, flexibility, and balance.

Pickleball Clinic
Registration Begins August 14th

Beginner Clinic: covers the basics of the game such as rules, scoring, serving and volleying.
